The Quieting Reflex
The quieting reflex is a wonderful set of steps that is taught in Health Certification, that relaxes the body in what was previously a tense situation. It involves a sequence of steps, including using a "sparkle smile" and saying an affirmation inward that helps to relax the mind and body and bring in a more peaceful state. It can be programmed in using the circle of excellence, or done consciously whenever one runs into a tense situation.
